Net 30 payment reminders
Buyers on Net 30 forget, and chasing them by hand is awkward and easy to put off. Shopify only reminds on the due date and after.
Wholesale applications and approval
Wholesale applications arrive by email or a contact form, and turning each one into a Shopify B2B company with the right terms and catalog takes a dozen clicks.
Reorder reminders
Wholesale buyers who stop ordering rarely tell you. One fixed 30-day reminder is too late for weekly buyers and too early for quarterly ones.
B2B invoices and receipts
Shopify sends the order email to the buyer who placed it, but the invoice needs to reach accounts payable, often a different person at the company.

- Send your store URL and what you need, on Upwork or by email. I confirm it works on your Shopify plan before you pay anything. Setup is $199 per workflow.
- We agree the contract on Upwork. Your payment sits in escrow until you approve the work.
- I set it up on your n8n (Cloud or self-hosted): your wording, your tags, your payment terms. Optional monitoring ($19 a month) keeps it running.
- We test it together with test orders before anything reaches a buyer, then I hand over a short written guide.
- The templates are yours, free, Pro versions included, to keep and change as you like.
