This policy covers the website trenoxahq.com and the TrenoxaHQ n8n templates. The Shopify app Trenoxa Bookings has its own policy at trenoxahq.com/apps/trenoxa-bookings/privacy/.

This website

The site has no forms, accounts or tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to do the work you ask for.

n8n templates

Templates run in your own n8n account with your own credentials. Your store, order and customer data go from Shopify to the services you connect (for example your mailbox, Slack or Google Sheets) and never to us. Purchases are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's privacy policy.

Client work

When you hire us through Upwork, we access your store only as needed for the agreed work, through access you grant and can remove at any time. We don't keep copies of your customer data after the work is done.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@trenoxahq.com. We reply within 30 days.
