A late carton or a half-delivered order shows up later as an out-of-stock line, or a wholesale buyer asking where their reorder is. This free workflow reads your purchase orders every morning and emails you the ones that need a chase.

What it does
- Reads every open Shopify purchase order with its transfers and shipments, all pages
- Overdue: shipments past their expected arrival date, with how many days late
- Arriving soon: shipments due in the next 7 days (adjustable), with items and tracking
- Partly received: units received out of units ordered
- Ordered, nothing shipped: purchase orders the supplier hasn't sent after a few days
- Links straight to each purchase order in Shopify admin; quiet days send no email
- Optional Google Sheet with one row per purchase order, updated every morning
- An alert email if the check itself fails

Needs n8n (self-hosted or Cloud), a Shopify store that uses Purchase orders, and an SMTP mailbox (Google Sheets optional). Read-only scopes read_inventory_purchase_orders, read_inventory_transfers, read_inventory_shipments (Admin API 2026-10). One execution per day.

A late purchase order isn't the problem. The wholesale order that can't ship because of it is. Pro adds:
