Reorder Reminder
Checking order dates by hand to see which wholesale buyers have gone quiet is the job that never gets done. This free n8n workflow reminds them for you.
Brings buyers back
Buyers who are due to reorder get a nudge before they drift to another supplier.
Work it out with your numbers
An estimate from the numbers you type, not a promise. Compare with $29 once, or $199 to have it set up.
Rather have it set up for you?
$199 per workflow: I install and test it on your store, and the template, Pro version included, comes free with the setup.

Do it yourself
Each buyer's own reorder cycle, unshipped orders held back, do-not-disturb, summary to you.
Pro
One-click reorder cart, grace that scales with the cycle, segment defaults, Slack and a weekly due and overdue list.
Set it up for me
I install and test it on your n8n with your wording and terms; the Pro template is included.
What it does
- Finds wholesale buyers: your wholesale tag plus Shopify B2B company contacts
- Works out each buyer's usual reorder cycle from their last 10 orders and reminds them when they're due, with a second reminder later; buyers with few orders use fixed days (for example 30 and 60)
- Holds back buyers whose last order hasn't shipped
- Do not disturb: a tag, or a true/false metafield on the customer or company
- Lists their last order's items, date and total, with a Reorder now button
- Daily summary to you, optional Google Sheets log, and an alert email if a step fails
- Test mode on by default
What it saves you
- No more checking order dates by hand
- Every buyer gets a follow-up on time
