How it works

  • Per-buyer reorder cycle worked out from their order history, grace that scales with the cycle (default days per segment for newer buyers)
  • Reminder email with their last order and a Reorder these items button that refills their cart; optional discount code
  • Second reminder if they still haven't ordered; buyers whose last order hasn't shipped are held back
  • Daily summary by email and Slack, every reminder logged in Google Sheets
  • Weekly due-to-reorder list for your sales team: due this week and overdue
  • Works with tagged wholesale customers and Shopify B2B company contacts; test mode on by default, plus an error alert workflow
