How it works
- Application form you link from your store: company, contact, address, business type, tax ID, order volume
- The applicant is saved in Shopify, tagged
wholesale-pending, with the answers in the customer note - Email and Slack with an Approve or reject button, and a Google Sheets log of every application
- Approve creates the B2B company and location with address and tax ID, adds the buyer as contact, sets payment terms (Net 30, Due on receipt, …), assigns your catalog where your plan allows, swaps the tags and sends a welcome email
- Reject tags the customer and can send a polite no; a reminder if an application waits too long
- Error alert workflow if a login expires or Shopify refuses a step
