In Shopify, a big wholesale order looks just like a small retail one. This free n8n workflow emails you the moment a wholesale or B2B order comes in.
What's in the email
- Who ordered, and which B2B company and location
- Items, SKUs, quantities and prices
- Total and payment status, including payment terms
- Why it was flagged, and a link to the order in Shopify admin
What counts as wholesale
- Placed by one of your Shopify B2B companies
- The customer or the order has your wholesale tag
- Optional minimum order value
