Payment Terms Reminders
Remind buyers before the due date, and see every morning what's still unpaid. Shopify can email buyers once a payment is due or overdue, but not before, and it gives you no report of what's outstanding.
What you get
- Buyer reminders 3 days before the due date, on the day, then 7, 14 and 30 days overdue (you choose the days)
- Each reminder shows the order, the amount still outstanding (partial payments counted) and your payment instructions
- Daily owner report by email and Slack: overdue orders and total, and what falls due this week
- Credit check: when a buyer who owes you orders again, you get an alert and the order is tagged
credit-hold - Test mode on by default: every reminder comes to you first
- Error alert workflow if a login expires or a step fails

Reminder apps cost about $13–49 a month (October 2026). Needs n8n (self-hosted or Cloud), a Shopify store using payment terms and an SMTP mailbox on your own domain; Slack optional. No paid n8n features.
