How it works
- Invoice when an order on payment terms is placed: PO number, terms, due date, amount due and your payment instructions
- Receipt when the order is paid: card, bank transfer marked as paid, or on terms later
- PDF attached, built inside n8n (no PDF service)
- Sent to the addresses on the B2B company, location or customer (accounts payable, accountant, branch office); optional copy to the buyer and to you
- Google Sheets log of every document, plus an error alert workflow
- Test mode on by default
