Sell craft workshop seats on Shopify: beading, candles, wreaths and more
Kits are prepared per person and the table only fits so many. Each craft workshop session gets its own number of places, customers pick a date on your store, and it stops selling when the kits are gone.
Where it goes wrong as plain products
- Kits are made before the day. Overbooking means a guest without materials.
- December is one-off dates. A wreath night, a candle evening, a beading class: each is a few dates, not a weekly timetable.
- Workshops written on the homepage. Many studios list dates as text and take bookings by message. Customers can't pay there and then.
What it looks like with Trenoxa Bookings
One class, its sessions, a seat count for each:
- Beaded earrings, Dec 3, 18:00, 10 places
- Wreath making, Saturdays in December, 12 places
- Candle pouring evening, Thursdays, 8 places
Customers see the next dates and seats left on the class's product page, in your theme, and pay through your normal Shopify checkout. Checkout refuses a booking once a session is full.
You teach. We set it up.
- Install Trenoxa Bookings from the Shopify App Store. The Free plan covers one class.
- Send us your craft workshops: names, dates, times and places. A link to your current listings or homepage is enough.
- We build the classes and sessions and turn on the dates in your theme. You check everything before it goes live.
