Sell painting and sip-and-paint seats on Shopify
Easels, canvases and tables are counted before the night starts. Each painting session gets its own number of places, customers pick a date on your store, and the night closes when it's full.
Where it goes wrong as plain products
- The last easel sells twice. Stock set by hand on each date is easy to miss when you add a new night.
- Gift buyers need a date. In December people buy a night out for someone else and want to choose the evening there and then.
- Weekly classes plus one-off themed nights. Watercolour on Tuesdays, a festive sip-and-paint on a Friday: both need dates without a new product each week.

One class, its sessions, a seat count for each:

Customers see the next dates and seats left on the class's product page, in your theme, and pay through your normal Shopify checkout. Checkout refuses a booking once a session is full.
You teach. We set it up.
- Install Trenoxa Bookings from the Shopify App Store. The Free plan covers one class.
- Send us your painting and sip-and-paint: names, dates, times and places. A link to your current listings or homepage is enough.
- We build the classes and sessions and turn on the dates in your theme. You check everything before it goes live.
